Transformed the sales results and culture of a stock photography business through revised ways-of-working and streamlining their customer service process with prioritization of high-end corporate clients, resulting in faster response times and closing the largest single sale in office history. Additionally, created a master interior renovation plan that aligned office aesthetics to their brand, improved workflow and facilitated collaboration.
For a division of an educational company, crafted a new sales & marketing campaign, expanded staff training program and developed sustainable service delivery operations, returning a 10x annual sales increase.
Rebuilt the marketing strategy and implemented an integrated client prioritization sales strategy for an international event decor business, resulting in major new accounts with Corona, Anheuser-Busch and Sprint, as well as additional projects with Walt Disney and Coca-Cola.
For an independent record label, collaborated with the sales director on a custom music strategy to achieve 100% annual growth in corporate sales to new clients including Mandarin Oriental, Nordstrom, and Thrivent for Lutherans, while also building a new digital strategy and relationships with industry leaders.
Optimized organic growth strategies & implemented operational plans for a department in a regional hospital, to increase scope of services and specialties. And with the in-house architecture team, designed a 20,000 square-foot space to create a stylish, functional office environment with an integrated clinic.
